- 1 Landmark
- 1 NC to the customer
- *1 TEXTURE ( This is WALLPAPER ) ( NO TRANSFER/NO MODIFY) that the customer can apply on their prims or walls The other items above you can delete if you want. Wallpaper size: 1024 x1024

If it is NO TRANFER means you CAN'T pass the texture in ANY WAY to anyone. You can't apply this texture to a prim that you DON'T OWN !

If you're NOT THE OWNER OF HOUSE , I mean , the house is not in your name... I'll give you a suggestion : If you have enough prim allowance left,you can create a wall and after apply your wallpaper. So, you can add a false wall that sits in front of the original one --- sort of like putting new drywall or wood paneling on a wall in RL.
