It is spacious and luxurious, a stylishly decorated cabin with room below deck for all your household items, plus enough space on the deck itself for relaxing and placing your outdoor (deck) furniture.

All doors open and close at a touch.
The sails can be hoisted and furled with a chat command.
This houseboat is not scripted to sail, it is meant to remain moored in a sea harbour, river or canal.
As an added extra a small dock is included.
