IT'S CRAP
just bought this to use at an up coming wet t-shirt beach party went to test it was in mouse look all it does is throw a solid prim in the shape of a balloon and upon impact it doesn't explode or poof no water particles it just pushes the target it was throwing at so basically i can see why this was marketed for free but really shouldnt even be on the market bad form do not buy not even as a freebie
