Very detailed water pavilion, perfect for your garden with only 14 prims and also 14 Land Impact.
Comes with copy/mod perms. The curtains and the rocks are sculpted..the rest is mesh.

Doesn't work
The pavilion itself is beautifully made. However, the rez box doesn't seem to work correctly (and yes, I know how to set it up). The pavilion will rez, and then almost immediately disappear. What's worse, I contacted the creator on June 28 (a month ago at this point) and have yet to hear back.

Fantastic Design
Just what I needed for my waterfront land. This dark version is a great match from my dark wood beach home. Fantastic! Two thumbs up for the designer!
