Water horse and Copy teeglpet giver and teegle pet rezzer set Version 5

hud owner horse giver for owner works with animesh water horse pets and copy teeglepets for owner works with all rezzers and hud for owners but for guests and alts use teeglepet copy set to public on rezzers only and set to temporary in the edit tab. the rezzers are list group and public one is a list rezzer with menu so many horses can be added sadly only for people on list. but other ones rezz 1 horse with list group and public capabilities.
