Impossible to assemble
I am a huge fan of this creator work, but in this case I have contacted the builder and offered to pay more to get a demo, example version. It's impossible to assemble and make it look nice like the one at display on the sim. For me was a waste of money, never used it.

This is WONDERFUL!
Once again, Alex comes through for me. I wanted to make my land very natural. I purchased his Enchantment Forest ( awesome! so many ways to work it!) and added this as an afterthought. What a difference! The PRIMS are LOW! I got rid of other trees and waterfalls bringing my count down tremendously. They look so natural; perfect for my land. I don't know how he does it, but everything I get from him is perfect. I like the sound and the "real" water and stone. It looks near real! Thanks again!!

Perfect texture and Information realistic However antics Very Lag With these scripts, I believe I have something wrong, I repent me much this purchase.
Lag City -- up to 0.500ms each!
Alex's things are always beautifully made and this building kit is no different, but the high quality mesh and detailed textures are absolutely let down by the horrendous scripting in these lag causing monsters.
Each piece has 8 or so scripts in it that animate the water and provide particles in what looks like 8 streams. BUT something is incredibly wrong in these scripts, in the case of Number 4, which is the small flat one, there you would expect a decent scripter could do this in 0.001ms these Lag monsters are running at 0.448ms each.
Put in 5 and you have just added 2.5ms to the script time (2.5ms is half a regions recommended script load).
Seriously, forget it and look elsewhere. The low quality amateur scripting ruins these falls turning them into sim killers.
