Wearable and decorative July 4 Balloon Bundle-GOLD and BLUE STARS

Fun Fourth of July balloon bundle. It is copy so you can use as a July 4th decoration sim wide.

The slow rotation and blue particles are continuous.
Yellow star particles can be turned on and off by clicking on most areas of the balloon bundle. I

It can be resized by clicking on the blue and white striped balloons.

Size shown has a land impact of 4. It's mesh, so land impact will go up if/when you resize.

The balloon bunch adds 2187 complexity if you wear it (at size shown). I added it to my avi with my AO on and it worked fine.

I left it mod in case you want to add your own animations and textures.

It is not boxed, so you can just drag it to the ground and place for land decor or add to your avatar to wear.

Increasing size of the balloon tower will increase land impact. Look at the pic with the avatar standing next to the tower to get an idea of current size. Land impact is 8 at size shown.

It is not phantom, but is modifiable.
