OK, so it isn't 82 textures from all over with names like "texture 46-b". It is one texture, well made, seamless, and what I need. Textures make a build. 18 L is worth knowing I got just the right texture for my building.
The use agreement is reasonable also. It's confusing for a builder to buy "CMT but when you pass it on your build can only be CM/MT/T/C, has to cost at least L43.86, and you can only sell it to people named Matt". These textures are sensibly "don't steal the texture to sell, but once it's in your build it's yours".
