Store has a shop area on the first floor and an apartment or gang hideaway on the second floor.

Good build, but not moddable :(

The building is nomod. I quite frankly thought that house builders had stopped selling their items nomod, but I was wrong. I Would have given this item a 4 or more star, if I had been able to set the doors permanently open.
