Weston House is a double storey house with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has high ceilings and 5m walls.
The living and dining area are one open space while the kitchen is separated.

Weston House is 91 land impact, inclusive of the window box and flowers. If you edit them out, the land impact will decrease. The land area of the house is 13.5x17.5.
It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. I have added a rezzer for easy positioning. It is UNFURNISHED. The furnitures I use in the pictures are from Bazar, Kazza, Granola, Black Sand, Chez Moi and Lisp.
