Whipping Whipped Synced Animation Full Perms

There are No instructions for anything.. the ad is miss leading stating : " the whipper taps his hand with the whip then whips twice the whippee is in sync and reacts to the whipping"
Well, What Whip? there is no whip.. the only thing in this box is 2 animations and 2 No Mod scripts... I mean You could at least put in a brief Notecard of how to Build instructions... and maybe a whip that "you suggest" is part of this package... smh.....
