This is an awesome House Boat! After skimming the reviews of many homes. I found myself coming back to this creator and purchased this home.
Fast in love and I unlinked to start figuring out how I wanted to mod everything.... Then (of course) I got stuck and after a day of trying to figure it out I contacted Buffy.. who really is the most patient person I have ran into in a long while.. It took a while but in the end. I not only had the problem figured out, I learned a few new skills!!!
If you are looking for great designs with great customer service.. You caint go wrong with Simplicity!

Nice boat house. With fully furnished version as seen in the ad pic it is more around 80LI but its still a fantastic furnished boat house. If prim counts an issue its all yes mod to loose some of the furnishings and fittings. I decided to leave it all out as it looks great and a fully furnished lovely home at 80li is fine by me

All i can say is wow..this is a fabulous houseboat! I took demos of several of this creators houses and i had a hard decision what to go for..I love it...i love everything this creator does...I just found her and i know i will be back for more! The quality is out of this world and the prices are fabulous! Thank you so much for my new home! 10 stars plus!

I love this beach house. It's the best house I've purchased so far. You can do so much with it. And it's gorgeous. The creator is amazing as well. She answered questions that I had and is extremely nice and supportive. Many thanks to the creator of this home. I'm very happy with it.
