The Washer is Copy/Mod but may still read NO MODIFY. If so, that is because of the script or sound, not the object, you can still re-size or re-texture if you wish. If you do not hear the sound, right-click on the washer and choose EDIT, then go to the CONTENT tab. Double-click on the script (not the sound) and then click the RESET button. You may not be able to modify the script, but you can reset it.
