I've given this structure a rustic worn, and warm look, appealing to those of us who would like to sit with friends on the deck, and have a laugh, while watching the sun rest, with a deck of cards or a checker board perhaps? (well, that's my vision anyway ..., create your own :P)
It's also ideal for those more intimate moments :)
The Tiki Bungalow rezzer includes everything,(the boardwalk, deck, small boats and ropes etc), and the package is copy/modify, (except windows which are just copy) so it's easy to manipulate to your liking.

I bought one of the old ones and had to do some modding to get it to work for me, but I just bought the new version that has a rezzer and tested it and it's great! I have a boring premium house but I want to get some beach land again in future and this is the house I will put on it. Of all the houses I have bought and made myself, this is by far my favorite.
THE best house for the beach life
I've been living in Jenuwin's house for about two years. In fact, I must have been one his first customers, he had no store or presence in Market Place. But he was kind enough to meet me at a sandbox and he put the house out for me to look at. I bought it and love this house. I have modded the house to fit my land and if your handy with Edit, the possibilities are many. My only criticism of the house are some of the textures, they are a bit stretched in some places. Its still worth 5 Stars though and you will not be disappointed.
