1. You may resell these items at either copy mod perms or mod trans perms but you may not sell or give them away with both copy and trans perms. Doing so could result in a DMCA being filed on your and the other person your passing them to.

2. You may not give or sell the texture Files that are included with any of our items to anyone no matter what permissions they are set at. (You may sell the item with the texture that we supply applied to the item but not the texture file)

3. You may make your own textures to work with any of my products and resell them give them away or do with as you wish if you create them then they are yours.

4. You may not pass a texture, AO Map or UV Map to anyone to have them make you a texture if they want to create textures for one of my products then they will need to purchase the product for them self to work with and anyone selling textures for my products that have not purchased said item may have a dmca filed on them.

5. You may not use any of my items in any other grid other than secondlife anyone caught doing so will be subject to legal actions.
