all scripts are touch to active which will also turn on associated sounds, for the grinding wheels touch the pole & 2 wheels to activate and the base for the sound,
This build is 64 Prim with out the rope railing added and 128 prim with them added, just delete when rezzed they will reappear if you re-rezz the whole build again as it is COPY, the front arched door and steps are `mesh` and most of the structure are my own purpose made sculpts just for this build such as the sails, please view the pics for build/texture quality, hope you like it.
