These are actually animated prims. It doesn't just change textures, it really raises and lowers!
If you want more than one set in a building, you can change the "channel" on the Configuration Notecards in the objects. For example you could have three sets of blinds in the Living Room with a Switch to control only them. And you can have another Set in the Bedroom that has its own switch.

Great blinds
These are great, with simple to follow instructions, including a really nice feature to customize switches to raise and lower particular sets of blinds.
If you buy these, when resizing with "Edit Linked" checked as the maker specifies, use "Select Face" to choose either the top piece or main part of the blinds, have "Stretch Textures Selected" (so the blind appearance adjusts with resizing), and select "Stretch" to be able to change width for both and height for the main part. It took me a few tries to figure out that's what the instructions meant, so I share that for others who may be as novice. Once I did, these became really easy to put up, fit to windows, and configure sets of blinds to work with particular switches.
