As you may know, we at the Wingsong Dojo do alot of traveling in search of JUST the right components. Sometimes we stay inworld. Sometimes we journey to the nether regions of Outer Space.
A little while back we sent Elmer, one of our astrophysicists, into space. I don't remember the particulars. Anyway, he came home without whatever it was we sent him for, but he did bring home a little cyber eyeball he found at some kind of flea market.
He also came bck with a little alien shoulder pet. Said he found it abandoned. Said he just couldn't LEAVE it there. Said it followed him home. Asked if he could keep it.
Look at that face - of COURSE we let him keep it!
Well, it's been following us everywhere for awhile now and so Elmer suggested we replicate him and send him out into the world, see how he FLIES. Get it??? HAHAHAHAHA.
No, we don't know what it is exactly either. People who see him think he's a bird of some sort. He doesn't have feathers, but he's got that huge beak.
And those big winky/blinky eyeballs.
And he squeaks when you touch his body. He also squeaks intermittently, oh, about every 3 to 4 minutes or so. You can turn that off by touching his head.
He's just a simple little guy. Doesn't do much except squeak and gawk and sit and flutter his little flexi arm things. Real gentle fellow. He doesn't learn tricks, he doesn't breed, he doesn't eat and he doesn't do any other digestive things. We just like having him around, and thought you might get a kick out of him as well!
Elmer suggested we toss in the cyber eye as well - it blinks, too....
