The Wingsong T Shirt - White is our basic, highly durable, finely crafted plain white tee. The white tee has a long and venerable tradition in western culture. I'm told that Socrates and his students wore plain white tee shirts under their tunics, but don't quote me on that! There were also rumors that Plato, in a rare act of defiance, once wore a RED tee under his tunic.
At any rate, we noticed early on that while there are many quality tees available on the grid, there were very few solid color tees. Sure, we often enjoy wearing logos and cute little sayings, but sometimes don't you just want a good solid, thick, finely woven t-shirt without any graphics, advertising, or slogans? Don't you sometimes just want a really simple, no frills t-shirt?
We did, too! So - we asked our team of tailors and seamstresses at the dojo's sweatshop (I mean, fine clothing shoppe!) to pull together a nice basic shirt. We began this process ten months ago. It has taken them this long to fine tune this shirt.
Notice the exquisite ribbing in the sleeves and the collar. See the realistic wrinkles? And unlike so many articles of clothing, we make this shirt available with COPY/MOD perms, so you can easily adjust the tint, the fit, even parts of the cut.
