Winter House is great for the single avatar. It is also great as a backdrop for taking pictures in the falling snow.
This house is a renovated version of My Winter Dollhouse which is no longer for sale.
I have added the back wall, make the width wider, changed the upper windows and upgraded the staircase.
Winter House is 36 land impact and 12x9. It is a small double-story house with no rooms.
I have also added newer plants and accessories which are 47 land impact and a 25x16 base. You get the trees, bushes, sleigh, snowmen, colourful string of lights, window garlands and falling snow.
I have also added rezzers for easy positioning.
Winter House is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh.
