Needed a small script mod. Good for price.
I wanted a little shelter for my DFS farming stuff. This worked well, but kept being annoyed the lights would toggle every time I clicked the building. To fix this, I did the following: Copied the script to inventory, deleted it from root, edit linked the central light, placed the script in the center light. This seems to work better and now I only have to touch the center lamp to toggle the lights.

This item is extremely good for the price, but I did have a few faults...
1) The entire building if clicked will turn on and off the lights in the build... (easily rectified as I build for a living, but others might not), simply remove the script if not desired, then shift copy it. Pretty easy if you know what you're doing.
2) Like I said it's night, though it can be lowered in prim count if you need to by simply removing the lanterns, each lantern is 4 prim, saving you an easy 12 prim. I also removed the rug because I prefer the texture of the wood over the rug.
Very good build for the price and not many major flaws unless you need to fix the prim and script issue with the entire building being clicked and the lights going on or off.
