---> It's very simple.Rigged mesh are attached to a body part.You can wear it on your left eye or hip, a top will continue to appear on the good body part
---->Non rigged mesh are not attached to a body part, like sculpted clothes that already exist.For example,if you have non rigged shoes, they need to be attached to your feet.If you wear it on an eye, you will have your shoe on the face :D
