55 Spells at a button-push!
The HUD is broken into several buttons, each governing the use of a particular type of power.
Form left to right...
-Casting and Sparkless are harmless and attacks respectively. Casting is for roleplay purposes and does little more than give the effect of 'casting a spell'. Sparkles unleases multi-coloured blasts of magical light. Although harmless, this can be used in the Wizard's Duel feature.
-To the right of these two buttons is the on/off buttons for the built in shield. This shield will protect the user from most projectile, push or orbit attacks when on. When activated, it will also pevent he user from attacking with sparks, blasts or dark magic spells. Click the green button to turn the shield on; Red button for off.
-The Large Red button released a Blast attack. This can push back a target avatar, sometimes killing them outright in damage enabled sims.
-The next set of buttons are the Cage Spells. The large cage picture will allow you to manually choose a caging effect and launch a projectile. If it hits, the target will be trapped in the cage of your choosing. You must have your avatar facing the target when casting. The eight smaller buttons surounding the cage are the hotkey cage casting buttons: (from top to bottom) Light, Fire, Water, Judgement, Stone, Ice, Darkness.
-Conjuration bring items and effects into being. (see spell list below)
-Sorcery is a collection of useful spells. (see spell list below)
-Elementalism is particle effects and spells that duplicate the elements. (see spell list below)
-Dark Magics affect other avi's so may be deemed a breach of SL TOS conditions. Be warned. (see spell list below)
-The 9th power group is innate and always active.Spell effects can always be dispelled with the use of the 'dispel' (stop) button on the HUD at a 100m range.
There are far to many features to describe in 4000 characters, so the main features are listed on the product picture. Visit the store to get a SPELL LIST notecard with details on each spell contained.

The spells are easy to find but...
The spells are easy to find and logically laid out. My problem comes in that when installed my avatar slides like I have no friction on graded areas and conflicts with something that causes the avatar to stumble as if it tripped over something that isn't there. I have installed another maker's set with no problems but I find that I cannot get this set to install at all. This seems to be a problem with the HUD as I can cast by typing. It's a shame because I prefer many of the spells in this kit. I wrote a problem report to Bart via notecard (as is required) but never received a response thus the purchase of anothers kit. Please address these issues and I will give it 5 stars.
Not satisfied.
Wish I could get back my 299L$. I got a cheaper HUD with all these spells and more. Truly a waste of L$.
Meh Scripting Blows
There are just way too many scripts in this HUD, it's complicated to use, full of strange dialog menus, and all the features buried under other buttons. I'd say if you want to save money, go for it, other than that this thing isn't really done well at all. It looks like it was hacked together. Sorry Bartholemew, you have a long way to go in terms of scripting.
Great for just over a buck
Wanted to get one of those top of the line magic huds but didnt want to rush in as some cost upwards of 20 dollars. Saw this and thought ... for the price.... may as well. I was plesently suprised.
Pros: fun partical effects and some neat spells to push your friends around the sim. Love the rain and snow spells, plenty of use. Upset a few friends with unexpected poor weather.
Cons: a bit confusing at first but I contacted the creator and he took the time to show me the ins and outs. All makes sense now, maybe i am a bit slow. Loved the customer service. Would have liked the attack spells to be in mouse view... but i am used to firing spells in the facing of my avi now.
Fun hud
Had some great fun blasting my friends with this. Lots of spells, the hud is fairly crowded but once you get the hang of it your fine.
So many spells
Wow, so many magic spells and easy button to quickly access them. I wont use half of them, but great to know they are there! I just love the sparkly staff and the butterfly pets. The Helicopter platform is great to fly too!
