This house has been made in full mesh using the best mesh that will not collapse from a distance. Please make sure that your LOD factor is set to 4 in quick preferences this will ensure you see the full benefits of mesh all over the grid in Second Life.

It's only 31 Land Impact for the whole house including the fire too!

The trees are texture change with 8 different options to choose from. The trees are made from mesh planes with an alpha texture applied. Also there are some rocks with more flowers.

Fireplace has life like flames, it sounds amazingly real like a real fire does with crackles that can be turned on/off as well.

House can be seen in world upon request.

Please remember that if you wish to use another house do not shift and drag, as it will mess up your doors on the house.Take a new one from your inventory each time.
