Just rez the box anywhere on your 1/4 Sim Parcel and it will automatically go to the center of the parcel, hit rez from the popup menu and your done, you will have a complete mall to rent out or to use for your own creations, all you need to do is add your own rental system and your done.
Can be rezzed at ground level or in the sky for a skybox mall.
