You can resize the ladder. Up to a size of about 5.60 m in height it will still have a land impact of just 1. Go bigger than that and the LI increases. Sounds pretty fair to me.
Also, no matter the distance, the ladder will always look like a ladder. No turning into wild spaghetti or triangles - this ladder keeps its shape pretty well.
Two wood variants are included. If the color doesn't fit your needs you can always tint the wood a little darker.
No scripts and/or animations included. If you need those, you'd have to add them yourself.

I have a very large castle and no way to get to the top of some of the towers. Perfect! Very low prim, very walk able, I mean very! (tip em a bit of and angle like a real ladder) I would of paid 100 L easy. Oh, like they said in another comment, mod and keeps shape. Love it! 10 stars!

I needed a simple ladder for my second floor. Ladder because i dont have much space for stairs.
I was very surprised, 2 wood versiond, texturable, sizeable, very good mesh work.
But the best was, its possiple to walk on it up and down choosesd the rigth angle, pretty good.
