Each basic piece is between 0.5 and 1 PE each. Bay windows vary between 4PE for the smallest and 14PE for the very large ones.
Each piece has several texturable faces, making them easy to re-texture and/or make parts invisible. Several textures are included in the package, allowing you to get a wide variation of looks.
Clearly named and broken down into folders for easy use.
Comes with a scripted door (script is no modify) with access and lock function via chat menu.
Textures are full perm for easy modification.
