Wrist Flaslight.
It comes with an animation (see last pic), intended for static poses - not while walking.
Add (it will attach to wrist), resize it in edit mode and click it to turn on light which, of course, is more visible by night, in dark places and on high graphics.

I like it - especially the price
This is great for a near-freebie. In addition to the all-important resizability, the scripts are also copy/mod permissions. I was able to edit a script so the light (which is a separate face on the texture) would go to full bright when on. The wristband is a separate face, so the light can be duck-taped to anything without the band sticking thru it XD. I removed the animation and associated script too. Stretching options are limited as for some reason it was built with the X and Y axes are 45° from what one would expect, but for almost free, that's no problem for me!
