its a 50x50 (2500 sq m) Building contains Custom Sculpts
no Scripts so no lag everything is for looks and impressiveness.
This will look grate in a nature environment.

Wife and I use this for our horses, we quickly out grew it, but it was so well put together that we were able to mod it to fit our new needs so we wouldn't have to buy another stables so soon.

Honestly a great build, nice textures, and very easy to cam around in.
