Does just about what it says. Sounds come in at a good volume, most with no background music or sounds from the show. Most of them seem to loop quite often, so I haven't quite gotten to hear all 22 (23 in total inside the item contents?) A short animation also plays upon getting bumped, I think it's meant to be Johnnys little kung-fu.
