Very nice item and very helpful creator.
I had a problem rezzing it at first as I only have a 1024 sqm. parcel. I want this item because it looks good and low prim (5 prims only). Unfortunately, I couldn't rezz it on my parcel as it was too big. I sent an IM to Xena and she was online. She did her best and even went the extra mile. She fixed a smaller one for me so that it would fit into my parcel.
