not sure why the other customer didnt get them. but i got them just fine. and i love em. a little harder to get fitted for a girl, took a few extra minutes. but they look awesome. keep in mind, the stretching options are hit and miss. if you stretch xyz together its fine, but if you stretch them more than once with just height or width, they tend to come apart.
