Xiao Village

Xiao Village i just updated it .... 8/29/2021 .....even if you purchased old version simply click on redelivery & you will get the updated version free.
from its majestic front & side gates. Too the tranquil waterfalls & the delightful song of birds from the bird sounding prim i added too the pond area. your sure to get hours of entertaining delights from this village. it has two row shops each shop divides into two builds right & left sides of the street ( 2 floors top & bottom) , four shops total. A tea house a side garden for those zen moments , & a delightful pavillion for social moments. & also added a complete shrine.
layouts 33x80 1340 prims
8 builds in this Village in total counting two ornate gate entrances . hence the the high prims plus the New garden pond in the back area. in all theres 8 builds fitted into this one build count them... 8 builds. all updated with material textures on certain areas, as well as two absolutely brand new builds. if you remove the fauna & floral build will come in at 835 prims , give or take a few.

i added mesh statues fauna & floral throughout the build as well . Statues that were not included in the old Xiao Village.

too set up please lower the tera on your land 5 meters below the waters surface. then place the build by using/moving the rezz box. once set in desired position clik rezzer again get the menu clik finish . delete the rezzer. build terra up around the build as much as you desire. & there you have it your new village enjoy. one more thing in closing. the walls are made in a way so its easy too retexture if you decide too . just be aware walls have material texturing done. you can rearrange rebuild or add too it. & make it super wow..super you..your style your dream your vision. i made it so you can remove fauna & floral easily & add your own fauna grasses flowers bushes string of festive lights if desired. also i really suggest getting the waterfall kit from HPMD[happy mood] found only in their inworld shop. i say this cause the waterfall kit is the best waterfall water i've ever seen & has multiple choices.

P.S. UPDATING TOO A POST FROM A CUSTOMER ... THE 2ND FLOORS IN ROW SHOPS ARE ACCESSIABLE
1st go to move & view tab select view tab check allow camera to move through prims without constraints . 2nd... go into your viewer preference settings. click move & view tab, i am using the firestorm viewer. at the very bottom of pop up window you'll see it says double clik on land then select teleport to clicked point.
or i can send you a sim wide teleporter system i have. As for build being pretty much prims & sculpts... the build has been updated and is proportionally made of mesh with material textures added too certain surfaces . i want the customer too have the freedom to make their vision a reality. nor do i wish them to be misinformed. NOTHING SHOULD IMPARE THE DREAMERS.
