add hud in box
rez yacht
right click and sit anywhere on yacht
the motor will auto start, on hud touch the brake for boat rocking and park mode, touch lighting on hud for light options

touch yacht for blue animation menu
touch yacht for blue motor menu
lock or unlock for friends to drive in menu as well
add fishing pole if you like to fish with animation

you can adjust your sits in animation menu, just save then take yacht back in inventory so it be saved for next use

in the motor yacht menu you can stop or start engine as well, and horn, only use hud i gave to you in box, also in the yacht menu theres options, gears, the yacht is on gear 1, you can lower speed there and adjust your way, you dont need gear 2 its to fast, gear 1 i set great for yacht, all you need is gear 1 unless you adjust all gears to your standards.
