The builder of this product is probably the most buyer friendly merchant I've come across in SL so far. I got more than my money's worth with my purchase :) Everything is modifiable. If you know your way around editing and customizing things, you will be very happy with your purchase. Many extras are included. If you message him in world, he will let you test drive any of the yachts before you buy :) I was a tough sale, but he sold me, and I am happy :)
