* Lighthouse - 52 prims - This version has a small house attached to the tower.
* Lighthouse Tower Only - 37 prims - This version is only the tower, without the small house.

* OffSim Version - 45 prims
* OffSim Version Tower Only- 34 prims

(the offsim version uses less textures, scripts and land impact and has no interior or physics shape)

MENU:

* LIGHT: set always on/off - automatic night/day timer - rotation speed - hide/show beam.
* TEXTURES: choose textures: Exterior - Interior - Floor - Ceiling - Windows - Doors - Addons
* SIZE: 35 or 45 meter high.
* SOUND: enable/disable waves and wind sound effects.
* STAIRCASE: choose interior stairs type. (open spiral staircase - closed staircase with floorlevels - teleporter)
* FIREPLACE: hide/show/move fireplace.
* DOORS: set various door options.
* WINDOWS: hide or show windows on the house: Front - Back - Left - Right.
* SYSTEM: reset or delete scripts.
* UPDATE: check for updates.
