You cannot go wrong with this mat the poses are smooth and not jerky. Easily placed and moved to the place you need. The colour change is great to play with as well. I don't give out 5 stars very often but this one got it from me. Keep up the good work (5thumbs up as well)

Just what i needed for my meditation corner and the colors option is wow! i found the color that matches my meditation seats and now its all looks great . the menu has tens of exercises and the adjusting is very easy. I LOVE It :) thank you and keep up the good work :)

I love using this exercise mat on the porch of my house, over looking the lake. The animations are really well made. Even the guys should like this one.

Very cute, and the animations are smooth. It's better than most that cost a lot more, and they don't have nearly as many options as this one!
