Only those textures/templates having fine detail need to be 1024x1024. A 1024x1024 takes 4 times as long to rez as 512x512 - thus 4 times the lag. FYI: A Sandbox is not needed to get the contents from this box. Wherever you are merely: Create & Name a File in your inventory. While "Wearing" the box, right click on it>Edit>Contents - then drag all from Contents to your newly created folder. When finished "Detach" the box from your avatar.
