Yes, this is one prim but it is Temp Rezz. Not only is the constant rezzing hard on sims, this sort of product is very often against covenants of any respectable estate. This is a cheat.
Be aware a temp rezzor is used, what it rezzes is NOT 1 prim. False adverting.
