The package contains a bunch of helpful objects to size your Blender objects by without Googling and doing unit conversion all the time. These objects are based on real-life standards and averages.
When you choose an object, the name of it will appear in the prim list.
Notice you can save any individual item in the big packages on their own if you prefer.
