Zen Minimalist House is full furnished, with waterfalls, plants, palms and rocks.
First floor Living room: two couches with 8 sit animations by menu, table and 4 chairs with eat animations, the table rez plates, glasses and bottle by menu (this add others prims on your land). Each plate have a menu where you can choose 14 different food, the bottle has a menu with drinks.
Bar has a menu with giving drinks, stools with sit animations, potted plants, fireplace and modern ceiling lamps.
Second floor, bed room, the bed has a menu with solo, cuddle and more animations, bed table, dresstable and lamp, nice art picture.
Bathroom, hot tube with bath animation, all taps has flowing water by touch on/off, the lighs on the mirror run by touch on/off, blankets and art picture.
The house has a remote that controls fire on/off, windows with three levels of privacy, lights on/off, doors lockable, security, radio.
