This is my take on a winter bizzard day, although it will work in any season.
I made this for myself but decided to make it available to others. I've had this on my parcel for a couple years now in the winter time and during rain storms.
* Needs Advanced Lighting to really look its best.
* You need to apply it to yourself or your parcel.
The pictures show before and after shots from the default midday environment and with my blizzard environment applied.
* Updated * - the ice was too bright so I lowered the intensity - I've included a second version that also make all the water look like it's frozen solid. It is still water so you can't walk on it, but it looks like a frozen lake would in wintertime.
If you want to walk on the ice you can get a "Water Walk" HUD but that will only work on water that you have rez permission on.

Great EEP!
This is a real nice EEP for winter and snow, especially if you tend to enjoy evenings and nights. The night is bright enough for that realistic amount of extra light that everything being covered in white snow brings. The only suggestion I could make is to include a version that has brighter mid-days, as the mid-day tends to feel like an evening, and never reaches the intense brightness one might expect. Thanks!

Exactly what I needed!
I wanted to give my parcel a moody winter evening look for late Fall-Winter, and this was absolutely PERFECT! I can't believe I found it on the first page of my search here in marketplace. I hope this creator makes more windlights for other seasons, eventually. I'll check back periodically to see if they do, but in the meantime, thanks for this one!
