This is a lovely queen anne style home with fabulous detailing throughout in a small foot print. perfect for 512 lots but so much fun to live in and so prim saving you might like in on huge estates or as rentals. It boasts three stories with tps up and down. Fully detailed photorealistic textures give it a level of realism that is amazing. As you enter the first floor you will see a window seat and door leading out to the optional six prim solarium (included)...and a lovely windowed turret along side a stunning floor to ceiling victorian fireplace. On the second floor you will see the door leading out to a wrap around veranda and more period details like a windowed niche and turret. The third floor is tiled as a bathroom and has a window looking out from high above it all. The house is topped off with a fabulous dragon weathervane sitting atop the witches hat roof on the highest turret.
