This is a well-designed item that I am posting a new review for, as the creator sent an update--unsolicited--correcting an issue I had with it before. I *should* have just contacted her directly first--my bad!! :-) I do appreciate creators who are this responsive!
It looks good in any setting (park, beach, etc.), not just urban regions. The use of an AO for a specular map is intriguing and gives it a very natural shine, not the usual plastic-y look. And you can't beat the price; it's worth more than L$1 for sure.
