Stylized mask in an old style doctors "Plague" mask. Very creepy look, can be used in role play, worn to a masquerade, or on your first date to make a great first impression. :D
Sold as copy/modify for you to fit as needed. Hand sculpted/painted mesh. Enjoy :)

Very Creepy~
I was gifted this years ago, and I have used it quite a lot in that time. Very nice item. Can be used with any look from a zombie bird, alien, plague doctor, etc.
