[az] Welcome Center - Sim Owner's Kit Version 1.0

This Welcome Center was originally designed for a roleplay sim. I decided to make it available as a kit to other sim owners. No need to search endlessly for items for your Welcome Center. This kit has it all:

✔ A star-shaped stone building that can fit many settings.
✔ A beautiful sun beam coming from the sky through the dome window.
✔ Torches to give it a medieval feel.
✔ Labels for each wing.
✔ Panels equipped with buttons so you can give more than one thing to your visitors.
✔ Admin online boards with a design that matches the rest.
✔ Photoshop files so you can make your own labels for the buttons and make images that fit.
✔ Scripts with customizable notecards (see details below)
✔ A welcome mat that doesn't spam the chat talking to everyone or keeps repeating the message each time you step on it. It only does it once and you can set up the time when you want it to start again.
