You can wear these or place them in world.
Two version contained in set. FAST flying and SLOW flying.
To wear them, go to your inventory where they are located and select wear.
These are phantom, so they won't stop you from walking through the a door (Ask me how I know :) )
You can keep these on when you teleport.
