Script ERROR after i send it

it works fine, until i gave it to my gf and she gets an script error
" Could not find texture '00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000'. "
then she got one for me, it worked for her, then she sent it to me and i got the same script error..
so apaprently you cant even gift this to someone because the script dies somehow after you
transfer the medaillon.. i mean the medaillon still works.. but it popups that annoying script error...
so my question; are you gonna be able to fix this? are you gonna give me 2 fixed medaillons because of the broken ones i bough? i know is a 1$L item, i would be ignored mostly.. but a customer is a customer ;)
