Includes decor phone with colour change HUD for base.

Must be close to the rezzed object to use the HUD. If you are far away the HUD will not work.

Must be on script enabled parcel.

If the HUD still doesn't work, try attaching the phone to your avatar (any attachment point) and use the HUD.
Try a different region/parcel, or try all these solutions again in a few hours, sometimes SL goes under maintenance and causes lag/glitches/issues for it's scripts and various other things.

If it is broken, unpack the item again and use a fresh copy.
