The Diner is 100% mesh and surprisingly prim light.

Package includes Diner building, Diner sign and menu trim only. Open sign is not included. Furnishings are not included.

It's ok at best
The outside is done nicely. The inside the floor texture is dirty. There are no counters at all or seating so there is an additional cost to furnish obviously. When it is rezzed the doors have a very large gap at the to that you have to fix, and the signs on the outside rez lower into the structure which also have to be fixed. It's simply ok.. not much more. Not worth 800L at all.
Great looking diner
Do read the picture, though, it does clearly say "Furnishings not included"
It is, however a very well done build, and it's fairly simple to find perfect furnishings for it, there are tons out there. Perfect for a nice 50's or sock hop setting.
No furniture
Despite the indication that there is furniture neither rezzer contains it.
